Trust and credibility are the most valuable assets of every humanitarian worker and development program. The Humanity Badge is a platform that builds the reputation of humanitarian and development workers and their organizations. Ultimately, the verification system will be based on blockchain and a reputation built by users who have already established their own reputation – but who can also easily lose it if someone proves to be dishonest in their actions.

How to receive “Get Verified”?
  1. Registration on Humanity Badge
  2. Show active LinkedIn and Facebook profile
  3. Upload 3 photos from humanitarian/development projects you have participated in.
Facilitator
How to receive “Facilitator”?

Data within Humanity Badge

  1. A Letter of Reference from an external organization, including contact details
  2. A video featuring you and your team
  3. At least 1 completed project presented on Humanity Badge
  4. Minimum of 10 photos from your projects

Engagement on Humanity Badge

  1. Minimum of 1 month of activity on the Humanity Badge platform
  2. At least 10 connections
  3. At least 3 connections with “Verified User” status

Can you lose your Badges?

Yes, and the following rules are SACRED:

  • If 5 “Facilitators” report unethical behavior on your part, you lose all your Badges. You will not regain Verified User status for 6 months.
  • If you sell access to your profile, you lose all rights and will have no Badge status.
  • Additionally, people who were part of your network will have their status downgraded.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE RECOMMEND ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE EARNED YOUR TRUST AND PROVEN THEIR CREDIBILITY TO YOU.
